PUREFX LTD offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible memberships.
We want members to have the opportunity to evaluate our services and determine whether they are suitable for their needs.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested and how they are processed.
Eligible Memberships
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:

- Quarterly Memberships
- Lifetime Memberships
Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The refund period begins from the date and time the membership purchase is completed.
Requests received after the 7-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.

When requesting a refund, members should provide sufficient information to identify their account and purchase.
Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved within the applicable refund period:

Refunds Outside The Standard Refund Period
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period are generally not eligible for a refund.
However, PUREFX LTD reserves the right to issue refunds outside the standard refund period at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds outside the published refund policy.
Access Issues
If a member experiences difficulty accessing services, PUREFX LTD will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.
Examples include:

- Temporary technical problems
- Third-party platform outages
Temporary access issues do not automatically qualify a member for a refund.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.
When a recurring subscription is cancelled:
- Future billing will stop.
- Existing paid access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless the member chooses to resubscribe.
Chargebacks
Members agree to contact PUREFX LTD before initiating a chargeback where possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

- Permanent account restrictions
- Refusal of future service
- Formal dispute of the chargeback through the relevant payment processor
PUREFX LTD reserves the right to protect itself against fraudulent payment activity.
Abuse Of Refund Policy
PUREFX LTD reserves the right to deny future service where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy.
Examples may include:
- Repeated refund requests
- Repeated purchases followed by refunds
- Fraudulent behaviour
- Attempts to gain access to services without payment
Non-Transferability
Refund eligibility applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another person.
Changes To This Policy
